We build Osawa One, a single platform for orders, inventory, delivery and invoicing, with Claude-powered automation that removes manual order entry. It runs in production today at a wagyu wholesaler operating across Melbourne and Sydney.

Small food wholesalers still run on phone calls, spreadsheets and messages. Orders get re-typed, stock drifts out of sync, and customers chase deliveries by phone. Osawa One puts the whole operation in one system.

Founder-led, engineering-first

Shion Togawa is a Melbourne-based software company founded in July 2024 by Shion Togawa, a developer studying Computer and Network Engineering (Honours) at RMIT. We design, build and operate the software ourselves, from the database to the hardware sensors in the chiller.
